As the founder of this empowering platform, Jessica is committed to helping individuals navigate the complexities of life.

Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development and a Master’s in Social Work from Florida State University, Jessica is not only academically qualified but also deeply passionate about making a meaningful impact in her community. She is also a Qualified Supervisor in the State of Florida for Registered Interns in Social Work. As a mother of two amazing children and her own struggles with being an over-thinker, Jessica understands the importance of mental well-being in everyday life personally and professionally.

Specializing in anxiety, stress management, trauma, women issues, parenting, boundaries and life skills, Jessica provides personalized support to guide individuals towards their personal goals regarding their mental and emotional well-being.
