To begin therapy, you can either call our office directly or submit an online request through our website. Our team will guide you through the initial steps, including scheduling and completing necessary forms.

What can I expect during the first therapy sessions?

The initial sesion typically involves a comprehensive assessment where you discuss your concerns, goals, and background. Your therapist will work with you to establish a personalized treatment plan.

How long are the therapy sessions, and how often should I attend?

Session length and frequency depend on your specific needs and treatment plan. Standard sesions are usually 45 to 60 minutes, and the frequency is determined collaboratively with your therapist.

Do you offer remote therapy options?

Yes, we provide both in-person and telehealth therapy sessions. Remote therapy allows for flexibility and accessibility, ensuring you can receive support from the comfort of your preferred location.

How are therapists assigned, and can I choose a specific therapist?

Therapists are assigned based on your needs, preferences, ad therapist availability. While we consider your preferences, we strive to atch you with the most suitable professional to address your concerns.

Is therapy confidential at Monarch Behavioral

Yes, confidentially is a top priority. Our therapists adhere to strict ethical guidelines, and information shared during sessions is kept confidential, except in situations where mandated reporting is required. 

How can I manage the cost of therapy?

We accept various insurance plans, and our administrative team can assist you in understanding your coverage. Addionally, we offer self-pay options. 

What age do you serve?

We serve 5 years old and up.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?

We understnad that circumstances may arise. Please contact our office at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule appointments. Late cancellations will be charged the cancellation fee.

How can I provide feedback about my therapy experience at Monarch Behavioral Health?

We value your feedback. You can share your thoughts with your therapist irectly or contact our administrative office. We appreciate any insight that can help us enhance our services.
